Linstead On The Severn

Linstead is Severna Park’s most exclusive large community, situated on a peninsula surrounded by Sullivan Cove, Yantz Creek and the Severn River. 62 of the neighborhood’s 154 houses are waterfront, while another 26 are classified as water view. The residents also enjoy a fantastic community beach directly on the Severn River that features a waterfront beach, pier, boat ramp and moorings, pavilion, fire pit, tot lot and open space. Additionally, the neighborhood features several trails that lead to more secluded waterfront areas. Many of Linstead’s current residents are families that lived elsewhere in Severna Park first and eventually decided to settle on this community’s expansive waterfront!
